Upon receiving your application documents, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt.

Review of application materials
Our recruiters carefully review your application materials with the utmost care and diligence. You will receive feedback on the status of your application within two weeks.

Interview process
Initial Interview (Online)
- Duration is approximately 45 minutes.
- Conducted via Teams (not a chat and not without video).
- The interview will be with one of our two recruiters and potentially the hiring manager.
Technical Interview (Online or In-Person)
- Involves 2-3 team members from the relevant department.
- Depending on the availability and location of the applicant, this interview may take place in person or online (always with video).
- Duration ranges from 1 to 2.5 hours, depending on whether it's in-person or online.
Optional Third Interview (Online or In-Person)
- Depending on the position applied for, the availability of the applicant and team members, there may be an additional technical Interview.
- Duration ranges from 1 to 2.5 hours, depending on whether it's in-person or online.

Written offer
After conducting all final interviews and mutually agreeing to proceed, we will send you a written offer outlining key details.

Contract
We will only prepare your contract documents upon your acceptance of the offer.
